The facilities at Kinkora are available for rental almost year-round, including private booking for family events and corporate retreats. Profits from our site rental are channelled directly back into the maintenance and improvement of the site and towards new initiatives to grow our community reach.
In addition to group bookings, we also offer a fixed-rate option for private full-site rentals, giving families, organizations, and event planners the flexibility to reserve exclusive access to the camp.
During the Fall-Winter-Spring Seasons we do not employ a full site staff to provide services. The facilities are currently offered on a self-catering basis, giving groups access to the full kitchen and much of the recreational equipment.
Our Fall-Winter-Spring Seasons runs from the Tuesday after Labour Day to the second Sunday in June. We do not offer site rental from mid-November to early January as we use this time to perform essential site maintenance and improvement projects.

Schools, Clubs and Associations
The start of our off-season coincides with the school year, and the start of activities like Scouts and sports clubs. We host a range of CEGEP and University programs, school day trips, and other club and association groups throughout the fall and winter.
Private Events
Our rustic chapel and dining hall, with the stunning natural backdrop, makes Kinkora a popular venue for weddings in our off-season. The site accommodation capacity also makes it a good option for other family events like reunions and milestone birthdays and anniversaries.
Community and Non-Profit
True to our Mission, many non-profit and community groups find a second home at Kinkora. We continue to host our valued community partners throughout the year for off-season weekends, planning retreats, and spring break.
